Your Submitted Materials remain your property. We grant you a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, fully sublicensable (through multiple tiers) license; unless otherwise expressly agreed upon, such Submitted Materials may be reproduced, distributed, performed, displayed (publicly or otherwise), created derivative works, adapted, modified, and otherwise used and exploited in any form or media now known or hereafter developed, and for any purpose (including promotional purposes, such as testimonials).

Also, any ideas, suggestions, proposals or other materials you submit to us ("Feedback"), whether they relate to the Sites or otherwise, will be deemed Submitted Materials. YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT Cornerstone Information Technology WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITES OR FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS, INCLUDING FROM ANY MALWARE OR ANY VIRUS, WORM, HACK, OR MALICIOUS SOFTWARE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED IN ADDITION TO THAT. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR ONLY REMEDY FOR SITE DISSATISFACTION IS TO STOP USING THE SITES. Your right to access and use the Sites will immediately cease upon any such termination or suspension; (b) Cornerstone Information Technology may immediately deactivate or delete your user name, password, and account; (c) Cornerstone Information Technology will not be responsible for maintaining or providing you with access to any materials associated with your account (including Submitted Materials), Cornerstone Information Technology may retain or delete such materials at its sole discretion; and (d) Except for the license granted to you to access and use the Sites, these Terms will remain in force.

10. Notice of Copyright Infringement

Those who believe that material appearing on the internet infringes their rights under UAE copyright laws can seek recourse through Cornerstone Information Technology . You (or your agent) may send to Cornerstone Information Technology a written notice by mail, email, or fax if you believe materials available on the Sites infringe your copyright. You may send a counter-notice to Cornerstone Information Technology if you believe in good faith that a copyright infringement notice was filed against you in error.

11. Governing Law; Jurisdiction

Relating to such subject matter supersede any and all prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements or understandings between you and Cornerstone Information Technology .

You may receive notices (including notices of changes to these Terms) by posting them on the Sites, by email (including links), or by regular mail. If these Terms are incorporated into a judicial or administrative proceeding based on or relating to these Terms, a printed version of these Terms and any notice given in electronic form will be admissible in the same manner as any other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in print. Cornerstone Information Technology cannot be held responsible for any failure to perform any obligation due to any cause beyond its control.

13. Account and Password

All or portions of the Sites may require you to register for an account. If you provide us with a username, password, or other information, we may reject it or require you to change it. You are responsible for the security of any misuse of your username and password, not Cornerstone Information Technology . Your sole responsibility is to (a) maintain the confidentiality of your account login and password; (b) update and revise your password frequently; and (c) promptly report any unauthorized use of your account(s) or any breach of security by contacting us in accordance with the "CONTACT US" section below.

14. Customers

You can register with Cornerstone Information Technology on the Sites if you are a customer of Cornerstone Information Technology . The following may be possible once you have registered:

  • Creating new orders;
  • Orders can be reviewed and modified;
  • Ensure that all order details, including Candidate information, are reviewed;
  • Contact information should be updated;
  • Candidate recommendations can be viewed; and
  • Time reports for Cornerstone Information Technology personnel are reviewed and approved.

The Customer is solely responsible for all activities undertaken within their Customer account, including but not limited to charges and additional fees incurred for extending or otherwise modifying assignments.

Payments Through the Sites

Whenever you pay an outstanding invoice through the Sites (each such payment is referred to as a "Transaction"), we may ask you for information related to your Transaction, including, but not limited to, your routing number, bank account number, bank account type, credit card number, card verification number, credit card expiration date, billing address, billing phone number, and email address.

ANY BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION OR CREDIT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD(S) USED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TRANSACTION ARE REPRESENTED AND WARRANTED BY YOU AS LEGAL.
